Health News: The Latest Skinny (October 2015)

Check out these latest health studies and discoveries that you can evaluate and discuss with your health care team.  There is lots of new information every day thrown our way and it can be a bit overwhelming to read it all, right?   2. Wow... that one about the food allergies, I have long believed that not introducing foods to babies were actually causing more allergies. Both my girls had it all before they were a year, neither have allergies. I think they need to build up their immune systems. I am glad to read that they are now advising to give them to your babies early on... xox

  5. What a helpful list. I was interested in the antibacterial hand washing one. Ditch the antibacterial soap, use normal soap and wash your hands thoroughly, and don't use a dirty towel to dry them. You will come out in front health wise.
